New Jaguar E-PACE SUV Sets a Guinness World Record

Earlier this summer, the all-new Jaguar E-PACE made an emphatic first impression at its world premiere by pulling off a epic barrel roll that covered 55 feet -- establishing a new Guinness World Record for the Furthest Barrel Roll in a Production Vehicle. This stunt, which was pulled off after several months of testing and preparation, made it clearly evident that the E-PACE fully embodies the Jaguar "Art of Performance" philosophy.

The five-seat, E-PACE compact SUV offers sports car styling and an SUV's practicality. Featuring all-weather, all-surface traction technology and all-wheel drive, the E-PACE offers standard touchscreen and 4G Wi-Fi to help keep you connected.

In a press release, Ian Callum, Director of Design, Jaguar, commented, "Established Jaguar design principles ensure the E-PACE is immediately recognizable as the sports car of its class. Our new compact SUV combines the interior space, connectivity and security that families expect with the kind of proportions, purity of design and performance not usually associated with such a practical vehicle."

Stunt driver Terry Grant was behind the wheel of the E-PACE for the record-setting event, which took place at ExCeL in London and featured a post-reveal musical performance by Pete Tong and The Heritage Orchestra.

At Jaguar Exeter, we're proud to serve drivers from the Exeter, Portsmouth, Manchester and Bedford areas.
